Weddings are a myriad of sights, sounds, and tastes. I don’t know about you but when I’m invited to a wedding, in addition to being thrilled for the couple-to-be and happy to be a part of their special day, I always look forward to the food. And the cake. Or Cakes. There can never be too much cake!
I started baking cakes because I come from a family of over a hundred chefs, who also love to eat, and then critique. You can imagine how many times a year we have a wedding to attend, and no matter whose it is, they will always have something to say about the food and the cake. The one thing we all do when we see a pretty cake, is to wonder if it tastes as good. So my starting a cake business stemmed from the belief that every cake should taste as good as it looks, if not better.
