One Plus One Equals Three

So if you haven’t already noticed, Jana is a proud mom to a wonderfully happy and healthy Sam Jr. Working on Inked&Hitched is the highlight of my week, even though I’m probably less productive just watching the baby for hours on end. I finally found time to ask her about the whole journey.

How did you feel when you found out you were pregnant?

I was very happy of course. Sam and I  were preparing for the baby already, counting fertile days and all…so it was about time!

Yeah, you guys took long enough 😉 What did the pregnancy feel like?

Honestly I didn’t feel like I was pregnant. I worked all the way till full term and even just before I gave birth. Towards the end it got little difficult with sleeping. And peeing. Omg. Every 5 minutes I had to run to the bathroom. Haha

I still can’t imagine how you never stopped working, and you were walking everywhere around town in between shoots! I guess that’s why you NEVER looked pregnant from behind =) How did the changes in your body affect your tattoos?

My tummy tats stretched a little when  but they sprang back to normal after the delivery 😀

Unfair much. What was the delivery like? Be honest .

It was perfect. (What now?) I had a great doctor and nurses. Also, God bless the person who developed the epidural. I didn’t feel a thing 😀

15922116626_de835fe87a_bYeah, you were a pregnancy unicorn. How often did you get tattooed before your pregnancy? Did you miss it?

Very often, haha. Of course I missed it. I don’t get inked as often anymore but I do have a folder named “tattoos after the delivery” haha

A folder seriously? Anything you would do differently next time?

I would buy a better body pillow.

Haha, those things are God’s gift to women!
